If you are a mum or dad, you know how hard it is to find time to read with a 3-year old wanting to play! When I do find the time (usually in an infrared sauna at RESTORE), I have been into BUILD THE LIFE YOU WANT by Arthur Brooks and Oprah. I think we can all use some help with “emotional self management”.

In my past or future lives, I am either a singer or a cook. I can’t carry a tune but I can make some pretty good breakfast tacos. Which is why I am currently obsessed with AMERICAN IDOL and TOP CHEF. Both of these shows have SO many talented people - it is hard to decide who is my favorite!
